Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds at Cambridge Toxicology are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.

Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours after payment are not eligible for full refunds. A $75 cancellation fee is imposed if appointment is cancelled after the 48 hour period.

If Cambridge Toxicology requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Test can only be rescheduled.
